SightIn allows users to record or upload videos in order to generate 3D content.

Please include your account email, the relevant scene identifier, and a brief description of the issue.

Do not send your password.

Using the application

The general process is:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Create a new scan
  3. Record or select a video
  4. Upload the video
  5. Wait for the 3D content to be generated

A stable internet connection and good lighting are recommended.

Deleting your data

You may request the deletion of a video, scene, generated model, or account from within the application where this feature is available.

You may also send a request to: privacy@sightin.eu

We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.

Some information may remain temporarily in technical backups or may be retained when required by law.
